Pronation is a very effective way to stretch the abdominal muscles and relieve your pain. Perform 5-10 deep squat stretches from a lying position in which you can bend at 90 degrees. Hold this position for 5-10 second and bend your knees to a 45 degree angle. Repeat on other side.

If you feel tightness and pain when squatting, your body will be in a prone posture – like a child. Pronation will take care of it.
