You don’t need a pole; we’ll teach you how to do all of these moves and even some of the advanced moves without it. You don’t need an instructor; you can do this your way, with a light and easy-going instructor.
What types of lessons am I about to take?
There are nine lessons from different angles for you to choose from. These lessons can all be done alone or grouped together and have a variety of challenges for you to complete. In fact the first thing you’ll be taught is what moves to do while your partner dances and how to do things like how to do the double down, the one arm hold, and the reverse.
The lessons take some time and planning to complete. However, once you understand what it takes to perform these moves you’ll be in good shape to progress further. If you’re able to complete all of these you’ll have a solid pole dancing background in no time.
Can I learn pole dancing right on my own?
Absolutely. The first time you take a class with us you’ll be ready for pole. Each of our classes have a variety of challenges and activities to fit your particular goals and abilities.
Can I take class even if I’m not a beginner?
Yes, all of our classes are beginner-friendly and a great addition to any beginner/novice dance class schedule. All you have to do is pick an instructor that you’re comfortable dancing with and enjoy it, and we’ll get you started right away.
In addition to our standard classes we also offer a private, guided class for those who want help. These classes are free of charge and a great way for you to start and expand upon your pole dancing experience.
How can I get involved?
We’re always looking for new dancers to join us! All of us teach at various pole dancing organizations all around the country and we invite any new dancers to check out our classes so they might become dancers of course and not simply dancers who want to get out and dance. Whether you are new to pole dancing or have an existing practice your participation can be a great encouragement to others.
Do I have to be physically out there?
Not at all. Pole dancing is one of the fastest-paced art forms. Even if you don’t have the ability to dance that quickly (you can still start pole dancing from a fairly high level), we are willing to teach you the basics and give you the chance
