How do you do the pole dance? – Pole Dancing Championships

I bet you can do it too if you follow a few easy instructions.

Pole Dancing Tips

1. Keep a Pole and Body In Shape

Every day, our muscles and joints are under constant strain. This includes our feet, wrists (especially the pinky toe) as well as our arms, and in fact, all areas of our bodies that are subject to wear and injury. A good way to keep our muscles in good shape is to make sure there is enough rope on our pole to allow the pole to flex and bounce. This is done by tying it tightly to your body. One trick to keep your muscles in shape is to take regular breaks from your pole. In fact, the longer you are on the pole, the better this is going to become.

2. Take a Break Every 5 Or 10 Minutes

If you are not on the pole for more than a few minutes a day, for the most part your legs would not recover from such repetitive weight work as it could affect them adversely. On the other hand, you might be able to work up a sweat on your feet. This is where break periods come in, especially for us ladies. Break periods can be anything from a few minutes to an hour, depending on your comfort level. Just make sure you take the right time when taking a break to ensure proper recovery. As for your body weight, stick with it. If you can’t even make a little headway with this, you simply’re not getting enough rope.

3. Do Full Squats

Doing the full squat is a great way to stretch your muscles and joints, and help your body work off of it, so to speak. Some say that using the kettlebell would be too challenging to exercise on this day; however, not every strength-purer will appreciate a full squat attempt. Many of the things we’re doing here could be accomplished with a sit position and a heavy kettlebell on the chest, or an actual squat rack, while not being too hard on the joints if you’re into working your joints. This would be one of my favorite methods, as I think it is a great way to get in your daily cardio.

4. Go Off the Spinning Wheel

If you use a wheel or axle for your spinning, it is very easy to do more than you think you would. It is very easy to just spin on a wheel all day and get out there. If you just stick to using a wheel, your
